Whenever you search a website in Google.  Then there is a small image with the URL of that website.  Favicon is a Google analytics property.  Favicon is the identity of your website.  Before adding Favicon to Blogger website, you have to create favicon.  By clicking on the link given below, you will go to a website.  In that website you can create image favicon and text favicon.

Go to site and Create favicon 

After creating Favicon, you have to set it on your website.  Follow the steps given below to add a favicon to the website.

Step 1:
Login to your blogger dashboard

Step 2:
Go to settings and click on favicon
 
Step 3:
Choose your favicon and click on upload

Note: Your favicon is square image like (16×16) (32×32) and your image size is less than 100kb. Your favicon takes few days to setup and show in search index.
